Welcome to our Baptismal preparation for children ages 7 to 16! This is known as our Rite of Christian Initiation of Children (RCIC) program.  Baptismal preparation is a two-year process. The first year is spent building a foundation in the faith through their own grade-level studies. In the second year, your child officially becomes a candidate for Baptism and will attend additional events that will specifically prepare them to receive the Sacraments of Initiation. If your child is in the first year, you need only complete the work on their grade level. This page is for those who are in their second year of preparation and are scheduled to be Baptized at the Easter Vigil in 2021. Traditionally, those children in Grade 2 begin their second year of preparation for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.  For Grade 2, all posts are located under "1ST COMMUNION PREP-YEAR 2."
