First Reconciliation Prep 2022

   First Reconciliation 2022 Online/Virtual Preparation *For students in their second year of Sacramental prep (Level 2 / Heritage Yr. 2) For families of students who will be receiving their 1st Reconciliation in March 2022, we ask that you and your child prepare for the Sacrament online by completing this three-part lesson. Special thanks to our grade-level coordinators who helped put this lesson together! The lesson begins with an introduction by Fr. John. In Parts I and II,  you and your child will be able to reflect together on God's love and forgiveness through the parable of the Prodigal Son (Part I), and go over how to prepare for and go to the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Part II). The final part of the lesson is for parents/adults to do on your own and reflect deeper on the power and beauty of this Sacrament (Part III). FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 1 & 2:  For those with children in Grades 1 & 2, the clip below from the "Blessed" First Communion Preparation program is a great way to engage your children in this month's topic of the Eucharist: Additional Resources:  We encourage you to please refer to the grade-level outlines for this month to help you with activities for your children.     Faith Formation Updates for January 2022: We hope you are having a good start to the New Year! Please note the following scheduling changes for the month of January: "Family of Faith" (Grades 1-6) Sessions on 1/4 & 1/6 - CANCELLED *Online content will be available here by the end of the week. We also encourage you to take a look at our Grade-Level content and other online resources that are posted on this website. Levels 7 & 8: Sessions on 1/10 & 1/11 - CANCELLED *No Virtual Session - We hope to meet in-person on our next scheduled session on 1/24 (Level 7) and 1/25 (Level 8 ) Level 2 - First Communion Parent Meeting - Still on for 1/20 at 5PM or 7PM in the Church.
