New Students:

Two-Step Process

STEP 1: Complete the NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM. 

* NOTE: If your child was not baptized here at SJE, we will need a copy of your child's baptismal certificate for our records. The certificate may be emailed to: faithformation@sjecm.org.

STEP 2: Click HERE to complete your registration by making the payment.

NOTE: If you have other children already in the program, please include your new student with them on the Registration Fee Form only (STEP 2).

Returning Students:

Please click HERE to register your returning child/children and then make the payment for the 2025-26 academic year. This is for ALL students (Levels 1-8).

*NOTE: If you have a NEW student, you should include them in your payment with your other children, but please FIRST be sure to fill out the New Student Registration Form above and submit baptismal certificate if your child was not baptized at SJE.

*NOTE: Those being confirmed this Fall (2025) do NOT need to make the registration payment.

LEVEL 7 APPLICATIONS: Students entering the first year of our confirmation prep program MUST also fill out the online confirmation application. This is for those entering 7th grade in the Fall of 2025. If you did not receive this application via email, please email us at faithformation@sjecm.org.

Fees: $150 for 1 child; $175 for 2 children; $200 for 3 or more children

 If there is an extenuating circumstance that prohibits you from making the full payment, please contact Michelle Pirraglia, Director of Faith Formation, at mpirraglia@sjecm.org

FAITH FORMATION 2025-26 UPDATES! 

"Family of Faith" Program (Grades 1-6)

We meet once a month with parents AND students together! 

We hope to find even more interactive ways to help you and your child engage in the faith together! Please see the Family of Faith Calendar for more info! (See link above.)

CONFIRMATION PREP (GRADES 7 & UP)

Confirmation Prep Year 1: LEVEL 7 APPLICATIONS DUE JUNE 30. Families must complete the application to enroll in our Confirmation prep program. If you have not yet done so, please contact our office.

Our Level 7 program will meet typically twice a month on Mondays, 7:15-8:30PM. (See link on the top of the page for the 2025-26 calendar).

Confirmation Prep Year 2: Our Level 8 program will continue to meet typically twice a month on Tuesdays, 7:15-8:30PM. (See link on the top of the page for the 2025-26 calendar).

CONFIRMATION FALL 2025 CANDIDATES: 

For those who completed Level 8 with us (or are joining us after completing 8th grade at a Catholic School), check your email for your child's Confirmation preparation and Sacrament dates for the Fall, which were emailed to you on June 5. (You do not need to register your student who will be confirmed this Fall 2025.)
